Problem
EdTech companies often struggle to onboard and manage multiple academic clients due to inconsistent communication, scattered product documentation, and a lack of real-time engagement insights. Educators find it difficult to navigate complex pricing models or request technical support, leading to frustration and reduced adoption of learning tools.
Solution
We developed a modular, scalable portal that allows institutions to view tailored pricing, submit product demos, and monitor engagement through real-time dashboards. Interactive product guides and API documentation are available within the portal. A support ticketing system with chat capabilities was integrated, alongside analytics to help both sides monitor student usage and identify training gaps.
